leaky seals V70-XC70 2004

I'm gathering parts and getting ready to replace the timing belt, water pump, etc. on our 2004 V70. I see that there is some oil at the bottom of the timing cover. One (or more) of the seals back there is leaking. What do I need for tools to replace them ?

It is using about a pint in 5000 miles.

Thanks

Greg
