Recent stalling V70-XC70 1999

Hello,

I have had a check engine light for a few months, front O2, waiting for warmer weather to change. A few days ago i got intermittent rough running and blinking CEL. I changed the spark plugs, they looked worn but good color, the plug hole by the PCV hose coming out of the head was 1/2 full of oil. I probably need a PCV cleaning. But the issue I have now is after the plug change, the rough running and blinking CEL light have stopped, but I get a stall at start when cold. It takes about 3 or 4 try's until it catches, and then runs fine.
Any ideas?
