Oil Underneath Turbo 850 1994

I finally picked up some Rhino Ramps; I wanted to be able to change my own oil, etc.... When I got under the car I noticed there is oil on the bottom of the turbo charger (the oil is dripping from the silver round piece right in front brown round piece between the firewall and the engine.) I tried to trace the oil up but couldn't find the source of the leak. It's not the turbo return pipe connection on the turbo side; it's dry around it... Does anyone know where the oil could possible be coming from?
