Help...I think I broke my sunroof!!! S60

2001 S60 manual.

I was replacing the tracks for the sun cover following the simple procedure:
1. I pop my roof up and unscrewed the 4 bolts,
2. Once the glass was removed I pulled the cover forward and replaced the track clips and the sun guard slid beautifully.
3. I then put the sunroof back on, screwed in the 4 bolts lowered it and thought I was all set. The track worked great.

Breaking:
I then tried opening the sunroof with the sun visor back and there was a terrible noise. I wanted to see what happened so I unscrewed the 4 bolts (big mistake).

Now the driver side rail opens and close fine however the passenger side rail won't raise up it sits permanently down even when I tilt move it to the tilt position. I can no longer screw in the two passenger side bolts since it's permanently down.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow morning. With the glass off trying to open and close it makes a terrible noise. I have a feel this mistake is going to cost me $$!!
