Spark Plug Removal..Torque!!! 850 97

This is my first time changing the plugs in my 97 855T, and I can't believe how tight the factory torque is!! Am I turning these things the right way?! (lefty Lucy....)

Also, Trollhatten sent 7 WDCs. Shame on them!

I'm opting for Bosch Double Platinums. Any other recs?
