1995 850 turbo 180,000 mile New battery new altinator I get 13.5v at the battery but at the cigarette lighter i am getting 11.9. prior to this electrical problem. the voltage before this was the same 13.9. the idiots likes were flashing and the voltage was low...11.5-10. which is why i changed out the altinator and belt. I did the battery because it was 4 years old and i do that for cheap insurance. months ago whaen all was fine the cigarette lighter was 13.5ish baterry read the same
