How do you replace the window switches in the rear door? 850 1996

The plastic is getting old and brittle, so be very careful when prying up the switch. Not just the rocker arm but the whole plastic thing.

Having a new rocker arm for the switch isn't going to help you much. There are micro springs and ball bearings inside wich tend to get lost when removing the rocker arm. Usually, what happens is the switch contacts get corroded.
