Smoke from dipstick??

I noticed this morning that with the oil dipstick out or the oil cap off, there is noticeable smoke blowing out. I have read some posts about excess crankcase pressure but am not sure how to check. I have no oil leaks but I did lose a turbo return seal about 1000 miles ago. Does anyone know how to check this on a turbo?

Thanks for the help
