V40 1.6 with 17" rims S40-V40 1998

I'm wondering if the 17" rims are too big for V40 1.6. One said that 1.6 liter motor doesn't has enough power for comfortable driving performance.

What do you think - should I buy 16" rims instead?

If those 17" rims would fit how about the suspension. Is it goodlooking without lowered suspension?

Thans for advice!

-Niko
