Hi Jim, I have to do the same thing with cars. I own a V70 T5 and as far as comfort goes, I love it. I've driven the Saab also, a friend at work has one. That's a tough choice. I've had some trouble with my V70 but I bought it used. If you're going to buy it new I'm not sure if I would be concerned with reliability since you'll have the warranty. I love the versatility of mine. Last weekend I put 12 shrubs and 2 bags of mulch in the back with room to spare. I'm of course biased toward the V70, good luck.
