dISC C70

With the earlier cars (98 and earlier), "disc" on the display when in the "Outside Temp" position is an indication that the temperature sensor is not reflecting a normal reading. Dirty or corroded contacts of the sensor would often be the culprit.

On a 2004, I can only guess that dISC in relation to the temp would have a similar cause. Don't know where the outside temp sensor is on that car.
