There is a product actually called "Back To Black". It comes in a red plastic bottle and is available in your local Pep Boys, etc. store. It lasts through at least two, maybe three rainstorms....

I use it whenever I wax my car(s).

It also works on other dull colors, and scuffed interior plastic trim.
