2002 V70XC: Crank, No start, No fuel pressure. V70-XC70 2002

Greetings all. I've been having trouble with my 2002 XC; basically the fuel pump refuses to run. I've been doing a lot of testing as new information becomes available to me and I currently need to know where the Fuel Pump Control Module is located. To my knowledge there are two possible locations, either next to the fuel filter or in the spare tire well (when moved for corrosion control), it is currently in neither position.

Here's a little information to help. The engine will run fine when fuel is introduced either in the form of starting fluid or from an external pump to the rail. I have ruled out the following possibilities of failure: ECM, fuel control system, ignition system, crank sensor, cam sensor all associated fuses and relays and the fuel pump itself. I have not been able to test and rule out the fuel pressure sensor or the security system however there are no DTC's that my generic scanner can detect. For whatever reason the ECM cannot ground the fuel pump and make it run so the pump control module is my top priority for testing whenever I find it.

If anyone has any accurate information about the pump control module's location I would really appreciate it and if anyone would like more information to help me get it running that would be appreciated as well. Thank you.
