Help with choosing our next Volvo wagon V70-XC70

"Jwalker" gave you the correct advice, but I would like to add a bit more.

The turning radius on the V/XC70 is much greater than the 245 and requires a learning curve in parking lots. Of course, newer is better (2003+) and 2001-2002 are to be avoided, but the price goes up. For example:

appears to be nice, but you do need owner history for any car. The timing belt interval has been getting longer and for 2007 it is around 120K miles.
