Radio code reset? 850

You have 8100 different combinations, numbers 1-6. You either need to find the code in a card with the owner's manual, written on the radio (I do that), or a scrap piece of paper somewhere. Without the code, your radio is useless. If the radio is original to the car, your dealer's parts department can find the code for you - you supply the VIN and radio serial number.

To get the message to change from OFF and back to CODE, the radio needs to be turned on for at least 2 hours. If you have a good battery charge, leave the key in posI, otherwise, drive a lot.
