Windshield Washer Tank for 2003 S60 S60

Greetings to everyone and thanks in advance for your help. I am a new member from NJ who was just given a 2003 Volvo S60. The plan is to give it to my daughter and I am just starting to go through the entire vehicle and found my first problem.

I cannot get the windshield washer to pump fluid and the tank is leaking on to the ground. The former owner advised that the tank was cracked but made no mention that the pump was not working. My question is how do I remove the tank so I can replace it and the pump? Any reliable sources for these replacement items? I also need the cover for the passenger side view mirror.
