Mark B: Could that be URINE leaking out of that headlight washer assembly? Sounds like your car is pissed off at you for some reason. Is it green or yellow? Seriously, I believe the rubber hose where it is connected to the squirter assembly near the wiper is loose, causing the washer fluid(which is basically an antifreeze mixture, albeit not ethylene glycol)to seep/leak out. Check the hose connection and make sure it is properly fitted to the assembly.
