Taillight lens compatibility 850

Have a '96 850 wagon.
Saw nice set of taillight lenses on a '98 V70 at the pick and pull
Dimensionally, they looked the same. Are they?
Part numbers on various website show them to be different, but that could just indicate a difference in lens colors.

Can I use the V70 lens assemblies on my 850?
