Incredible MPG! 850 1995

FYI - Just returned from a trip to N.H. On the return trip, I drove straight through without stopping (3 1/2 hours). This included going through Boston (luckily no traffic...:). Traveling 73-74 mph for most of the trip and got 34-35 mpg!! Never have done better than 30-31 mpg before.

The car is a 95 855 NA automatic with @225k. I'm guessing at the gas mileage since my odometer is broken. Coolish weather so I didn't run the AC and kept the windows closed and the moonroof tilted with the fan on. Remarkable for a 3300+ lb car!

Why so high? Think it could have been the AutoRX treatments?
