clunk noise heard in front end?? S70 98

Hi guys i own a 1998 S70 T5M....i just installed b&g springs with powerflex bushings and the eibach alingment kit.....well about 3 weeks after doing it i noticed the front end felt a little loose so i brought it to the place that installed the springs and the eibach camber bolt was loose.....the guy told me its because the eibach bolt is smaller so they tend to come loose with hard cornering so he tighting it and i was on my way......well about a couple hours later i noticed a weird clunking noise coming from the right side of the car....it does not happen all the time but it sounds like the inside of the rim is hitting the strut but im not sure......just wondering what you guys think about it and i was wondering about the camber kit too.....will it always come loose in me???.....tks guys from Rob
