If memory serves me correctly, the driver's master switch controls all of the windows. If only the driver's window works and none of the others work from the master switch, you got a bum master switch or the plug to the wiring harness has pushed out pins.

If the master switch can operate all of the windows, but none of the other 3 switches work, check for a bad ground. This has nothing to do with the ignition switch.
