850s don't rust 850 1996

That is a 'reasonable' price. The AC probably doesn't work, the tranny fluid is probably brown, the radio antenna only goes up/down half way, it needs new struts and spring seats, the driver's seat is worn out and the passenger seat is hard as a rock, but there should not be ANY rust.

The biggest draw back is that the 1996 needs a scanner to look at some engine codes that will turn the check engine light on.

FYI, if you go to look at it, check the clock and temperature below the speedometer and if the temp is in centigrade, ask why the battery was disconnected. The radio has a theft code, it must be included.

This may well be a diamond in the rough, but if the owner has a towing company, the car may have a salvage title and who knows if aftermarket panels were used.
