TPMS tire pressure monitoring system error message V70-XC70 2007

My 2007 XC70 just popped a warning message: "Tire Pressure Monitoring System Needs Service." This is different from the low pressure or check pressure warning I've seen in the past (in any case,I haven't checked the spare, but all 4 wheels are 36-37 psi (when hot)).

What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Can it be reset? By me? By my indy mech with the proper tool? Or is this a dealer-only fix?
