Correct manual transmission oil 400 94

Hi, I am looking for an appropriate grade of oil for 440 transaxle (std M60 gearbox). I filled with Mobilube HD 80W/90, which is now giving stiff cold shifts as winter approaches. No oil company database has a specific recommendation (they all seem to use the same information).
