upper windshield seal 850 1995

The rubber molding at the top of my windshield is mysteriously missing...AGAIN. The glass place here wants $65 labor and the dealer is of course no better (they source it out), and I can't see $100+ for such a dinky repair.

Does anyone know where I could find a small amount (enough for one job) of the right adhesive to mount a new seal (and what adhesive that would be)? Thanks.
