Trailer Hitch Mounting V70-XC70 1999

I would like to mount a trailer hitch to my 99 V70. I looked at a picture of one online, and it looks like it might mount to the same bolts that hold the bumper on, and it looked like it only mounted with two bolts. Can someone tell me it that is correct, and if not, what does it mount to?

I am also considering looking to see if it is reasonable to modify the Volvo factory hitch that I have for a 740/940. Anyone looked into that before? Maybe it would be more practical to sell the 740/940 hitch and put the $ toward the correct hitch?
