unusual "beep" 850 1994

My local Volvo dealer replaced two front calipers, rotors and pads and the left rear rotor. Two days later the horn beeped for a split second upon turning the key on for the first start up of the day and at about 15 mph. This was not repeatable for the rest of any one day, only initial start-up. The Volvo tech I spoke to says he hasn't heard of this problem. This beep went on for the following 5 days. No beep today.

Can this be related to the ABS system? It's a real pain, especially at 6:00AM.
