Fuel door hinge replacement S70 1998

Went to gas up a few days ago and the fuel door just popped off the car. The hinge broke. I ordered a new one from Tasca. I remember replacing one on my 940 years ago and it was tricky. Is there a trick for this one? I see there are plastic pins on the body part and not sure how it attaches to the door part. My new part has not arrived yet, so I am doing some research. Not much info in archives about this one...
