1997 855 T-5 Code 1310 and 0305 850 1997

Swapped pugs - same symptoms.
Bought new NGK copper core, single element and gapped to .028
Replaced plug wires with Bosch

Same rough idle and codes - P1310 and P0305 (cylinder 5 misfire)

I'm stumped. Does the 0305 cause the 1310 or vice versa?

Suggestions for next steps?
