How do you know... 850 1995

I'm changing my Serp. Belt tomorrow and am not sure if I should replace my Belt Tensioner. When ever the tempurature is around 50F the "belt" area is usallay noisy during the first 10 minutes. So I figured that both my belt and Tensioner should be replaced. So... could this be the tensioner squeeling? and being that I'm replacing the belt, how much addtional time would it take to do the tensioner.

Thank You
