Removing ECU C70 1999

Anyone out there with a 70 series car from 1999 on, how do I remove the ECU? On a 1999 C70 it looks like there are two sliders on either side of the ECU, however I have not been able to remove the ECU. Any tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
