ANSWER Door check question 850 1995

Getting a junk yard part is not a problem, but I suggest getting one from the left rear door as it is used much less than the other doors. You just need to remove the door panel, and catch the door check before it falls down to the bottom of the door well.

It is a bit tricky to install as it needs to go through the opening at a 90 degree angle.

Your car is probably old enough for a new window guide. When they break, the glass will rattle when you shut the door. I don't know if the rear door will help for a donor for the front door.
