Noisy Door Speakers S40-V40 2000

Both front door speakers make an awfull vibrating noise with even the smallest amount of bass. If I remove the grills the noise is less but still noticeable. Both have already been replaced and stiil do it. Does anybody else have a similar problem? Or any ideas on how to fix and better secure the grills (which seem to be 75% of the problem).
