Voice Control for Sensus Bluetooth Phone Calls V70-XC70 2013

Just picked up our new 2013 xc70 which joins our 1992 240 wagon.

The dealer said there is no button to push to start a call, and instead you need to go through the menus to place a call. This seems strange for a car known for safety. It would be a lot safer to place a call by pushing a button and then speaking the name of the person you are calling. This is how it has worked on our other cars with aftermarket bluetooth radios, as well as our 2013 VW.

I did see in the manual that voice control is part of the navigation package which we did not get.

Am I missing something? Is there another easy way to place a call? Is there a way to add this feature?
