Re: Daytime lights S60 2001

We do not charge for any additional software download (unless they are purchasing an accessory) during the 1st 30 days, after the purchase. We have had people who wanted to make some changes after thy picked up their new car (i.e. DRLs off, Time that the approach lights stay on, etc.) so we give them 30 days to (sort of) "play" with their cars and optimize them the way they want, at no additional charge.

You are right about the comment "it only took 3 min.", please understand that whatever a dealer may charge does not have to do with the amount of time (although sometimes it takes 3 minutes other times it may take as long as 25 minutes, that is time spent on that car) it has to do with the $$$ that VOLVO charges the dealer for the software download. We "eat" that (during the first 30 days) as a courtesy and good will.
