P1132--Sensor indicates rich V70-XC70

Hi folks

My 2000 V70EX SE (turbo) occasionally throws a P1132 code, which reads 1132 Lack of H02S Switch--sensor indicates rich. I get the part that the heated sensor isn't switching and it is staying on the rich side, but does anyone have any guesses as to what I should check? I don't see any vacuum leaks--I have inspected visually and strayed starter fluid over all the intake system with no change in idle. Is there something I can clean or otherwise look at? Plugs are a wild card, which admittedly I have not looked at. Would this potentially be something related to MAF sensor cleaning? Haven't done that yet, either. Do the sensors go? As you can tell, I am scratching...advice anyone?
