Turbo Nightmare 850 95

I am on my third turbo in less than a year in my 95 T5R. Last summer I noticed the first few times on the boost after cranking the turbo would give off and awful metal on metal sound. After getting on the boost a few times, it would run great. Finally I tore it down and had the turbo rebuilt. The turbo lasted about 6 months before I began to notice it making grinding noises for about the first 15 minutes after the car started. The car could be at operating temp but it still made noise untill a few times on the boost. The noise got worse and I finally had the dealer install a new turbo this week. I just got the car back today and low and behold it's started doing the same thing again after 5 hours back from the dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!

I let the car get to operating temp. I'm not just cranking and going. But again, after a few times on the boost the car runs great.

I am about to start scouting deep places in the local lake! I either need some advice or an exorcist!
