wipers not working S70 1998

The relays are for the front and rear interval wiping. So the fuse is good if the horn works. Next bet would be the stalk wiring is bad or the switch is bad.

Taking off the wipers and the dust cover under the windshield to access the motor would be my route - just to check for electrics with the switch on.

Replacing the stalk is easy, but there might just be a chaffed wire at the steering column.
