What should I look for? 850 95

I am looking to buy a 850 Turbo and in need of advice.

I want a wagon and I like the power the 850T offers. Does this come at any price?

If there are any things I should look for when shopping for a used Volvo, please flag me.

Any opinions on 700s vs. 900s vs 850s?
