Turbo whine V70-XC70

Gentlemen Happy New Year....

Help....2001 V70 with 160,000 cylinder 3 was missfiring.. Changed coil,
still missing... Pulled out plug and found tips broken of.... Volvo plugs...

Replaced new set plugs, changed oil and filter....

Started...but now turbo makes a whinning noise while accelerating...

Guess turbo suffered damage from plug debri...

Question is how safe is it to continue using the car with this noise?

Any suggest would be most appreciated...
