BRAKE DUST S40-V40 2000

Hello, my 2000 S40 Volvo seem to release a whole lot of brake dust when of couse braking. As soon as I cleaned the car, the rims look great. But as soon as I drive the car for a quick ride, there is brake dust already on the rims. Never saw a car that released so much brake dust. I have an understanding that semi-metalic brakes release less brake dust than the Volvo manufacture brakes. Question 1, do you recommend semi-metalic brakes, and 2nd question, and more important than the first question, do they sell semi-metalic for the s40 yet.
