No blower motor 850 1995

I've checked the fuse, played with the slider switch and changed the whole climate control cluster with a used spare. Still same thing. Weird because it doesn't happen all the time.
I guess I will check for B1 codes. Do you know where I came find a list of code meanings online? I've seem to have misplaced my hanynes manual.
