Volvo Meet and track day

Golden Gate Chapter of VCOA is planning a huge Volvo event on April 29 & 30.

Sunday April 29 will be a car show and swap meet at Davis central park in Davis California. Last year there were nearly 100 cars, mostly classic Volvos, and many parts for sale.

Monday April 30 we are renting Thunderhill Raceway for the day. Thunderhill is near Sacramento, CA. Bring your car and experience major tire wear! Your car need not be modified. You can run a street car in good, safe condition. Most of the cars will be street legal. You need a helmet and the normal street safety equipment. No roll cage, harness, fuel cell or fire system is required. You don't need to register for the swap meet/car show, but you do need to register (and pay) for the Track. If you are interested, email Keith Soreng ksoreng@neteze.com We need to put money down on the track now and will need you to send in a deposit to hold your space if you are interested
