Well the OE should easily be available from your local Volvo dealership.

And ANY foglight small enough to be custom mounted in the ports of the front "skirt" of your car should work.

Do you want foglights that will actually function as foglights were intended to? Or are you just looking for looks?

PIAA makes some pretty intensely bright foglights that are pretty small that should fit in the openings. The OE looks great, but isn't all the functional.
