Cruise Control V70-XC70

I have a 2004, V70 with 160K on it. The other day the steering wheel remote
accuation of the radio (station and volume) stopped working. The radio itself operates fine using the controls directly on it.
I also noticed the cruise control is not working. all other steering wheel
controls work fine.
I have checked fuses #15 and 16, but could not identify in the manual a fuse associated with cruise control. Any thoughts???
