Window - Rear - Passanger Side - not operating V70-XC70 1998

First warm day in Raleigh for awhile yesterday .... opened passenger side rear window ... when I got home it would not close.

When I activate control on rear door panel to close or open window .... nothing.

When I activate Drivers control switch to close window .... nothing, but when I activate Drivers control switch to open window I hear what sounds like a relay trying to operate. Window does not move.

Any suggestions on procedure to determine what problem is?
