My 850 must have an enlarged prostate 850 1994

Actually, the windshield washer system is putting out a stream that falls much short of the windshield. Just dribbles out of the nozzles on top of the hood. The headlight washers are great however. It's not the washer pump, as I can hear it wheezing like crazy. Maybe there is a filter or something I need to clean?? Please help, it driving me nuts!
