No AM signal in radio XC90

Finally got back into looking into my 2008 XC90 six disc player/radio. problem is no AM. Rest of the unit works. Finally left the dealer take a look at it. Spent $112 to be told that I need a new IAM at the tune of $875. I said thank you no and left.
Well, need a little help locating the IAM. Don't know for now if that is under one of the seats or behind interior panels. Can anyone help. Plan would be to see if anything obvious is present followed by trying to find a salvage or referb unit. Appreciate any comments, advise, or suggestions. Thanks in advance.
