serpentine belt V70-XC70 1998

Good day all,
I have a 1998 v70 awd 5 speed, the other day my serpentine belt tension er pulley seized, destroying the idler pulley and the belt. I replaced the tension er pulley and the idler pulley when I try and install the new belt it is too big is there something that I missed is there an adjustment for the AC compressor or the alternator
