will all the emission monitors reset themself after some normal driving? S70

I bought a 98 s70 a few weeks ago. the battery died and I put a new one on. After about a hundred miles of driving I took it to the station and it failed most of the readiness tests, at least 5 not complete. Looking at the drive cycle instructions, there is just no way I can complete a whole test cycle. I'm not in a hurry since the last owner's license plate won't expire till July. Question is: If I drive it everyday till July (500 to 1000 miles), is there a chance that everything will become ready? Thx
